Your upload file size is limited to 2 GB per file, while attachments can be up to 5 GB per file. You can attach as many files as you'd like to a single post.
Video file formats
We support the following formats with 1080p/2k or smaller definitions:
- .mov
- .mp4
- .m4a
- .mpeg
- .ogg
There is no file size limit; however, videos cannot exceed 12 hours.
For best results when uploading video, we recommend:
- H.264 or H.265 (HEVC) video codec
- 8 Mbps or below (max 16 Mbps)
- AAC audio codec
