I thought you'd never ask! Below are the statuses of patrons:
Your patron is all set to be charged during the next payment cycle.
Your patron's payment was successfully processed! You can find their payment on your Payout balance page.
Your patron's bank or the payment processor has marked this payment as potentially fraudulent, so their payment is declined. If a payment is marked as potentially fraudulent, we will not automatically retry the payment. While a patron’s payment is marked as fraud, they will not have access to your patron only content.
There are a number of reasons why this can occur. You can let your patrons know to get in touch with their bank and then our support team to clear this up.
Your patron's pledge has been declined, and they have been notified of this. They will need to update their payment method in order for us to attempt to re-process their payment. Once they update their payment method, we will retry to process their payment and continue to let them know whether or not it’s successfully processed.
