What file formats are supported for posts?

Your upload file size is limited to 2 GB per file, while attachments can be up to 5 GB per file. You can attach as many files as you’d like to a single post.

• Upload video file formats

  We support the following formats with 1080p/2k or smaller definitions:

  • .mov
  • .mp4
  • .m4a
  • .mpeg
  • .ogg

  There is no file size limit; however, videos cannot exceed 12 hours.

  For best results when uploading video, we recommend:

  • H.264 or H.265 (HEVC) video codec
  • 8 Mbps or below (max. 16 Mbps)
  • AAC audio codec
