I'm a creator. How do I know if a patron is suspicious?

If you receive a payment from a patron that appears suspicious, or from a patron with a strange email address who you've never spoken to... fear not! 

Please send us an email at guidelines@patreon.com and please add the subject line "Attention: Fraud Team", and we can double check those patrons for you.
