Schedule my post

Within your post creator, you can schedule posts to publish at a date and time in the future. This feature is great if you’re taking time off, or are searching for ways to manage the workload of a content creator. 

Tip: Set one day of the week where you schedule your posts for the upcoming week. You can type everything out, upload all of your images and schedule it for later, freeing up the rest of your week.

Scheduling a post on Desktop

  1. While logged in to your creator profile, click the Create button from the left sidebar navigation, or from your page
  2. Click on the post type to get started
  3. Make your post as you normally would – give your post a title, share a description, upload your images or video and set access to your post
  4. Click on the Schedule post button
  5. Toggle the Schedule your post option and pick your publish date and time
  6. Click the Schedule button, and you’re all set!

Schedule a post on the app

If you’re on the go, here’s how to schedule your post to publish later while using the app:

  1. Create a new post by tapping the new post icon, or tap on the post icon from the bottom menu to work on a drafted post
  2. Tap on the Next link in the top right corner
  3. Toggle the Schedule post option and select your publish date and time
  4. Tap Schedule in the top right corner to confirm

FAQ

How do I edit a scheduled post?

You can check all of your scheduled posts on the Scheduled page of your Posts section. To edit a post, click the Edit link. Click the Save button to save your changes. 

How do I unschedule a post?

Visit your Scheduled posts page, and click the edit link on desktop or tap on the post you wish to unschedule. Toggle the Schedule post options to unselect it. You can exit the post editor and we’ll save your post as a draft, or you can publish your post now.
