SMS message 2-factor
If you’re not receiving your 2-factor code or the code isn’t working, please try these tips – try logging in after each:
- Turn your phone off and on and then re-attempt login. This may help push the text through
- Put your mobile device in flight mode for about 10 seconds. Then turn your phone off and back on
If you’re still unable to log in and you haven't changed phone numbers or carriers, please reach out to our Support team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the SMS confirmation page (this will generally contain a partial phone number)
- Your current location
- The complete phone number, with country code
Authentication app 2-factor
If you’re having issues with your 2-factor authentication app, refer to the backup 2-factor recovery codes we provided when you enabled 2-factor.
If you don’t have your backup codes, please get in touch with our Support team. Be sure to write in using or referencing the email address linked with your Patreon account.
