Chances are, you’ve already seen our newly redesigned website. If you’d like to know what the difference is from the previous design, you’ve come to the right place.
This update aims to provide a design system that’s clean, intuitive, and puts your work front and center. While we’ve updated the look and flow of the website, we haven’t removed any features. They’re all still there, but you’ll find them in slightly different places.

Here’s what the new experience looks like:
We’ve improved the creation navigation experience by streamlining where you find your creator resources, posting tools, and income resources. On the navigation menu to the left, you’re going to see two sections.
On the top row, you’ll find icons that will lead you to messages, your creator page editor, and your creator settings. Below this, you’ll find expandable menus for posts, patrons, promote and income.
When you click on Posts, you will still find your new posts, drafts, scheduled posts and published posts like before. With the new design, you can also easily access your posts dashboard and engagement. These were previously located in a generic dashboards page.
Under Patrons, you’ll be able to track your Benefits, access your patron relationship manager and patron manager, view your blocked users and exit surveys.
Under Promote, you’ll be able to create Special Offers and find the code snippet to embed the “become a patron” button on your website.
Under Income, you’ll find all the tools you need related to your income like your earnings dashboard, pledge growth, patronage, refunds, declines, and VAT (if applicable). Here, you’ll also be able to pay out your balance and view your payout history.
Where are my notifications?
The bell icon on the upper right corner of the page should lead you to your notifications. You will also see a counter that updates every time you receive a new notification.
