These tips are known to help resolve basic issues around receiving our SMS 2-factor authentication codes on your device. Be sure to retry your login after each step:
Try turning your phone off and on before attempting to sign in again. This may help push the text through.
Try turning“airplane mode” on your mobile device for about 10 seconds, then turn it off
After turning off“airplane mode,” turn your phone off and on. You’ll want to power your device down all the way, and then manually restart it – using a“reboot,” or“restart” function on your device(if you have them) won’t do the trick.
Note: If you setup two factor on your account using an authentication app instead of via text, you would need to reference the authentication app on your mobile device in order to access your account.
