I don’t remember my password
If you don’t remember your password, use password reset to create a new password. If you’re already logged in and want to change your password, here are our instructions to do so: How do I change or reset my password?
Please use a strong password with symbols and numbers. Using a password generator and saver like 1Password is a great way to secure your passwords.
I’m not getting my password reset email
- Check your spam folder, and inbox filters (e.g., Promotions) for emails from email@example.com
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts and reattempt
- If you’re using a hosted domain service, contact your domain host and ask that they add email@example.com to your email’s safe list
I don’t remember my login email
If you aren’t sure which email you used to create your account, go to the password reset page and enter possible emails. When you get a reset email, it will confirm your login email. If you already know your password, you can ignore the reset and use your email and existing password to log in.
I think my account was hacked
If you suspect your account has been compromised, we recommend requesting a password reset with the steps above. We also suggest changing your password for other account logins, especially if you’ve reused passwords.
