There are a few reasons why you may not be able to reset or change your password, including:
Using use a third-party app for login
If you created your account with Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in, you might not have a password set up for Patreon. If you’re unsure if you created your account with a third-party app, you can check the Security section of most apps.
If Patreon is listed in the permissions section, you can try logging in with that app on our Login page.
Patreon emails are being blocked
If our password reset emails just aren’t getting delivered to your primary inbox, try these actions:
- Check your spam folder and inbox filters for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org
- Add email@example.com to your email contacts and then ask for another reset email here: Password reset page
- If you’re using a hosted domain service, and are running email through your domain, contact your domain host and ask that they add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email’s safe list
