This guide will help you hide your member count and earnings estimations from members when they visit your page.
Hide my earnings and member count from my page
The earnings number listed on your page is an approximation of your monthly or per-creation earnings. You can expect this number to fluctuate as members come and go. Use your Earnings page and Relationship Manager to find your processed payments.
To hide your earnings or member count, go through these steps while logged in to your creator account:
- If you aren’t already there, click on the My page link from the left sidebar navigation
- On your page, click the Page controls or “...” button and select Edit page from the submenu
- Click on the Page Settings link from the menu bar
- Scroll down to Earnings visibility and member visibility, change to your desired settings and scroll back up to click Save changes
Should I keep my earnings and member count public?
We know that not all creators want to display their monthly earnings, and we leave it up to you to decide what’s best for your page. While publicly listing your earnings can be helpful to attract members when you’re starting off, sometimes it’s not right for your brand or creator image.
When you preview your page (click the page controls or “...” menu > View page), what you see depends on your earnings/membership visibility settings. If set to Public, your approximate earnings will appear below your page name. If set to Private, they’ll be hidden. Either way, you can always find your earnings on your Membership dashboard.
