The public view of your Patreon

This article will go over what fans see when they visit your Patreon before joining your community. Terms we’ll use in this article:

  • Fans = visitors interested in your Patreon who haven’t joined yet
  • Members = fans who have joined your community as a paid or free member

What fans see when they visit your Patreon

Depending on your page settings, here's what your fans will see when they visit your page:

  • The contents of your Patreon: Including your page name, profile image, cover image, about section, and links to social media accounts you've connected to Patreon. You can edit the contents of your Patreon from the Basics page settings.
  • Your membership tiers: If you offer paid memberships, your tier titles, prices, and descriptions will be publicly visible on your Patreon. You can edit your membership title and description by visiting the Membership tab of your creator homepage
  • Contents of public posts: If you create a public post, the contents of the post will be publicly visible on your Patreon
  • Your Shop: If you sell digital products through Commerce on Patreon, your shop will be publicly visible on your Patreon. You can unpublish products that you no longer wish to sell. Learn more about editing products
  • Posts: When fans visit your Patreon, your 20 most recent posts will be listed on your homepage; however, fans will only see the content of posts you published publicly

View your Patreon as a fan

You can view your Patreon as a fan whenever you'd like; here's how:
