Comment utiliser les collections pour organiser vos œuvres

Les collections sont idéales pour regrouper et présenter vos publications afin que les membres de votre communauté tirent le meilleur parti de leur abonnement. Considérez cette fonctionnalité comme une manière d'organiser votre bibliothèque de contenus en plusieurs sections. Cela permet aux membres de votre communauté de les consulter plus facilement et de trouver ce qu'ils recherchent.

En ajoutant vos publications dans une collection, les membres peuvent plus facilement les découvrir et en profiter, notamment en ce qui concerne vos publications les plus anciennes.

Créer une collection

You can create a collection on desktop by following the steps below:

1. Select Creator studio from the left navigation — you'll land on your Dashboard
2. Cliquez sur l'onglet Collection de votre page.
3. Select the Create collection + button
4. Add a title to your collection. We recommend you also add a cover image (1024px by 1024px) and a description of your collection to give fans a preview of what's inside (optional)
5. Cliquez sur le bouton Créer une collection.
6. You'll land on the collections page, where you can add posts and manage your collection. Click the Add posts button to filter, select, and add posts to your collection
7. Après l'ajout des publications, vous pouvez les trier par date grâce au filtre, situé en haut de la page (de la plus récente à la plus ancienne, et inversement). Vous pouvez également en personnaliser l'ordre ; pour ce faire, faites glisser une publication en sur l'icône , situé à sa gauche. Veuillez noter que la première publication de la liste servira de photo de couverture de la collection, sauf si vous la remplacez par une image personnalisée.

Lorsque vous ajoutez des publications à vos collections, vous pouvez rechercher des publications individuelles par nom ou cliquer sur le bouton Filtres pour filtrer par type de média ou tags existants.

Create a collection when creating/editing a post

  1. Start by creating or editing a post of any type you want to add to a collection
  2. While working on your post, find the Add to Collection option on the right-hand side
  3. Click the New collection button and give it a title. You can also add a cover image (1024px by 1024px) and a description (optional)
  4. If you've already created a collection, you'll find a drop-down menu instead — clicking it lets you select an existing collection or create a new one

  2. Tap the Settings at the top and go to Collections
  3. From there, add the post to an existing collection or tap Create collection to make a new one

Les membres peuvent facilement trouver vos collections à partir d'un onglet dédié en haut de votre page d'accueil de créateur. S'il est consulté depuis un navigateur Web, cet onglet contiendra également vos tags. Cependant, seules les collections s'afficheront dans l'application Patreon.

Créer une collection avec des tags

You can use both collections and tags on your Patreon. If you've already been using tags and want to convert them to collections, you can easily do so on desktop by following these steps:

1. Select Creator studio from the left navigation — you'll land on your Dashboard
2. Cliquez sur l'onglet Collection de votre page.
3. At the bottom of the page, you'll see all your tags displayed with the number of posts in each

4. Cliquez sur le bouton Créer une collection avec des tags.

   

5. Select the tags you want to pull for your collection and click Next
6. All posts with the chosen tag(s) will be selected — you can select or deselect any post. Click Next when you're done
7. Ajoutez un titre à votre collection.
8. We recommend you also add a cover image (1024px by 1024px) and a description of your collection to give fans a preview of what's inside (optional)

Réorganiser vos collections

You can reorder your collections on desktop:

1. Select Creator studio from the left navigation — you'll land on your Dashboard
2. Cliquez sur l'onglet Collection de votre page.
3. Sélectionnez le bouton Réorganiser.
4. You'll land on the Manage Collections page where you can reorder how your collections appear in your collections tab, sell an entire collection, or delete a collection

Votre bibliothèque

On desktop, select Creator studio from the left navigation, click your Library, and click into a collection to make any of the following changes:

• Sell your collections — Select the collections you'd like to sell by checking the boxes next to them. Then click Edit price in the top right corner. Set your desired price for each collection, then click Next and Confirm to finalize. Learn more about Selling your posts and collections
• Add existing posts to a collection — Click the Add posts button. You can add multiple posts by selecting them, and you can search for posts by name or click the Filters button to filter by media type or existing tags
• Remove posts from a collection — Click the X button next to the post you want to remove and choose Remove post
• Reorder posts within a collection — Use the filter at the top to sort posts by Newest to oldest or Oldest to newest. Alternatively, customize the order by clicking and dragging the icon on the left-hand side of each post, dropping it wherever you wish. Please note the post at the top will serve as the collection cover photo unless you replace it with a custom image
• Edit the collection title/cover image/description — Click the menu in the top right corner of the page, then click Edit details to make changes to the collection title, description, or sell your collection
• Duplicate a post in a collection — Click the menu in the top right corner of the page, then click Duplicate. Note: Collections and tag settings are NOT copied when duplicating a post in a collection
• Delete a collection — Click the menu in the top right corner of the page, then click Delete. Deleting a collection will not delete the posts, but will permanently remove the collection. Deleting a collection cannot be undone

• When creating a new collection, you'll have the option to convert your existing tags into a collection. Follow the steps below:

• Yes, you can add the same post to multiple collections. This can be a useful way to ensure your content is accessible to a wider audience and easier to find. The best way is to go through the Post editor on the specific post and select all the relevant collections you want to include that post in.
• There is no limit to the collections you can make. You can create as many as you like to organize your content in a way that makes sense for you and your audience.
• Vous pouvez ajouter jusqu'à 500 publications par collection.
• Vous n'êtes pour l'instant pas en mesure d'ajouter des autorisations/niveaux aux collections. L'autorisation des niveaux se fait au niveau de la publication. Les créations réservées à certains niveaux seront verrouillées au sein d'une collection pour les personnes bénéficiant d'un niveau d'abonnement différent. Les membres pourront mettre à niveau leur abonnement afin d'accéder au contenu verrouillé.

• All collections and posts must meet our Community Guidelines and Benefit Guidelines. If a post/collection does not meet our guidelines, we may need to hide it. Please be mindful of these guidelines when creating the title, cover image, and description of your collections.

  Collections and posts that are hidden will not be available to your members until you take action to correct the issues that don't meet our guidelines. We'll send you an email detailing the next steps.
