You cannot change your email address on the Patreon app. Please visit the Patreon website to change your email address.
If you’re logged in to your Patreon account, you can update your email address with these steps:
- Click on the account menu button (where your name is in the bottom-left corner) and select your Member profile
- Click on Settings from the left navigation menu
- Under the Basics tab, enter your new email address in the Email section
- Click Save at the bottom of the page. You will need to enter your password to complete your changes
- We’ll send a verification email to your new address
You can use one email address per Patreon account. If the email address you’d like to use is linked to an existing account, you won’t receive a confirmation email, so please use a different email address.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 15 minutes and are sure the new email address is not being used, please attempt the same steps using an incognito (private) browser.
