How to duplicate a post

  • Updated

Duplicating a post lets you reuse a post’s content and formatting as a starting point for a new draft – great for recurring formats like weekly updates, newsletters or episode recaps, so you can spend less time rebuilding from scratch.

Duplicating a post is currently only available on desktop or mobile web.

How to duplicate a post

You can duplicate any published post or draft in two ways:

  • In-line images
  • Access-level settings
  • Notification settings

The following will not be duplicated, but you can add them to your new draft at any time:

  • Header media

  • Collections and tag settings
