Let’s put your personal stamp on your creator page by customizing your Patreon page URL (your direct link)!
Customizing your URL
Changing your URL will not affect your existing members, messages, or redirect your old URL.
Members will simply find a new URL when they next visit your page. We suggest you alert your members before changing your URL so they can update any bookmarks corresponding to your page.
Here's how to change your URL or customize it for the first time:
- If you aren’t already on your page, click on Dashboard in the left sidebar menu
- Once in the Home tab, select the “...” icon close to the Edit page button and select Page details
- In the Basics tab, go to the Customize your page section and click into the Your Patreon URL text box to enter your custom URL
- Click the Save changes button on the upper right side to finalize your custom Patreon page URL. The change will take effect immediately, and you can start sharing your URL with potential members as soon as you've made the change!
Want to take your branding further? You can also connect your Patreon to your own custom domain, so fans can visit you at a branded URL like yourname.com instead of patreon.com/yourname. Learn more in Connect a custom domain to your Patreon.
What if the URL I want is already claimed but seems inactive?
If the URL you want is already claimed, you'll be met with a red error message, letting you know that that the URL is already taken. Patreon custom URLs are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.
