The Payouts dashboard is where you can withdraw all or part of your available balance, review your payout withdrawal history, and download essential earnings and tax CSV files.
Once you initiate a payout, it can take up to 3 - 5 business days to be fully processed and credited to the method you have set up. Please visit our guide on Patreon's withdrawal process for more detailed information.
Currently, you’re only able to initiate a payout once every 24 hours.
Payout history
The Payouts history table details your most recent payouts and includes the following columns:
- Date: when the payout was initiated
- Description: what the payout was for (i.e., auto withdrawal or payments to other creators)
- Destination: where the withdrawal was sent
- Amount: the amount you chose to withdraw for that payout
- Status: whether the withdrawal was successful or not
Looking for the payment progress bar?
We recently removed the payout progress bar from the payouts dashboard since it was causing confusion. With most creators now on subscription billing — and member payments happening throughout the month — the progress bar that appeared during the first few days of the month no longer gave an accurate view of your total payments coming in for the month.
If most of your earnings still process on the 1st, don’t worry — you can check your Available Balance from the 1st through the 5th for the clearest picture of what’s been successfully processed. You can also visit your Earnings dashboard any time to track ongoing payment activity. Most payments will be in by the 5th, with any remaining charges continuing to retry automatically after that.
Payout Statuses
Each payout attempt will include a status. If you encounter an error, we’ll provide you with more information when possible.
Below are the statuses definitions for payout attempts:

| Complete | Payout arrived in your wallet and is available to use. |
| Sent | Payout was sent and arrival times may vary; or payment was sent to support other Patreon creators. |
| Pending | Payout is being processed and is on the way. |
| Returned |
Payout didn't go through. The funds will return to your Patreon balance.

| Incomplete | There was an issue processing the payout. You may need to take action before it can be processed. |
Troubleshooting payouts
PayPal
Double-check the PayPal email you have connected to your Patreon account and make sure that it is the same PayPal account that you are logging into and that there are no typos.
Then, log into your PayPal account and make sure that your PayPal account is set up to accept payouts in the currency of your choice.
Stripe
Payments can be delayed in Stripe for two reasons: holidays and incorrect account information. If it's been more than 3 days since you sent your payout through Stripe and there is not a holiday, we recommend getting in touch with your bank to find out if there are any pending deposits on their end.
If you've already connected a bank account, there's a chance that the bank account information submitted isn't quite right. Please re-submit your bank account and routing numbers from your Payouts and Taxes setting. Stripe will automatically reattempt transfers to the updated bank information within 1-3 business days.
Payoneer
Log into your Payoneer account and check to find out if there are any blockers or notifications. Please note that if you are using Payoneer, they require you to verify your account to receive funds.
