How do I set up an early access post?

Mit Posts mit frühzeitigem Zugang kannst du Arbeiten mit deinen Mitgliedern teilen, bevor sie auf Patreon live gehen.

Frühzeitiger Zugang ist im Post-Editor der Patreon-App nicht verfügbar. Um einen zu planen, verwende Patreon auf dem Desktop oder im mobilen Web. In den FAQ unten findest du einen Workaround für mobile Geräte.

Creating an early access post
 

1. Click +
2. Draft your post as you usually would
3. If uploading video or audio, make sure Make this a drop is turned off (otherwise you won’t be able to set early access). Learn more about drops
4. In the settings, select Paid access and set which tiers you’d like to have early access to the post
5. Click More options 
6. Toggle on the Offer early access option and set the date and time that the post will become public (must be 24 hours in the future)
7. Go back and customize the rest of your post’s settings: emails and notifications, adding the post to a new or existing collection, setting a publish date if you are scheduling your post, and adjusting comment settings or tags (under More settings)

Benachrichtigungen

You can toggle email notifications on or off by clicking into the Email and notifications option in the post settings. If you’ve enabled email and notifications:

• Mitglieder mit aktivierten Post-Benachrichtigungen erhalten eine E-Mail, wenn der Post mit frühzeitigem Zugang live geht (wenn sie Zugang haben).
• Wenn der Post für alle verfügbar ist, erhalten Abonnent*innen und andere Mitglieder ebenfalls eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung (falls aktiviert).

• Du kannst Posts mit frühzeitigem Zugang nur so einrichten, dass sie zuerst für ein bestimmtes Level/alle Mitglieder und dann für alle verfügbar sind.

• Du kannst einen Post mit frühzeitigem Zugang vor dem geplanten Datum und der geplanten Uhrzeit veröffentlichen, indem du deine Bibliothek über das linke Navigationsmenü aufrufst. Wähle in deiner Bibliothek den Post aus, den du öffentlich machen willst > klicke auf Bearbeiten > wähle Zugriff bearbeiten > setze den Zugriff auf Öffentlich > klicke auf Weiter > bestätige deine Änderung.

  Once you make an early access post visible to everyone, you won’t be able to make the post early access again. So be sure that you're ready to have the post accessible to everyone.

• Wenn du einen Post mit frühzeitigem Zugang vorbereiten und den Post unterwegs erstellen möchtest, kannst du den Post auf der mobilen Patreon-Webversion (z. B. Chrome oder Firefox) kreieren und dort den Zeitplan zur Veröffentlichung deines Posts mit frühzeitigem Zugang festlegen. Alternativ kannst du deinen Post auch als Entwurf in der App speichern und später den Post nochmals aufrufen, um den frühzeitigen Zugang auf der Desktop- oder mobilen Webversion hinzuzufügen. • While there is no set way to create recurring early access posts, you can duplicate a pre-existing early access post with the settings you want by going to the Library . You can then click More next to the post you want to duplicate and select Duplicate as draft.
