We place a temporary authorisation hold for all $100+ charges.
This will be released within 72 hours and is either refunded or removed on your end, depending on your bank’s authorisation holds.
Once we begin processing payments, you will be charged your actual membership amount, which will be sent directly to the creator.
If your card is being declined, you may see an authorisation and a charge if we had to reattempt your card. This is typically released by your bank within 72 hours as well.
To review your processed payments:
- While logged in to your patron profile, click the Manage Memberships button (pencil icon) next to your membership in the left sidebar navigation
- Click on Billing history from the top menu bar to review all payments we’ve processed
