Why haven’t I been charged yet?

Only members of creators charging up front will have immediate charges. If you’re unsure whether your creator charges up front, you can review your Billing History page. If your charge date falls within the Supported Period, it indicates that your creator bills members up front.

Members can expect to be charged when they join a creator’s membership and then on the same day of each month thereafter. It usually takes 24–48 hours for all payments to be processed, so it may take a few days after the renewal date. You’ll receive an email indicating whether your payment was successfully processed or declined. Alternatively, you can check your Billing History page for your payment status.
