Bulk editing posts

With bulk editing, you can make changes to multiple posts simultaneously, saving you time and effort. This guide will show you how to use your Library page to easily update who can see your posts, add or delete tags, and even sell or delete multiple posts at once.

Bulk editing is currently only available on desktop and mobile web.

Edit tier access

Follow the steps below to update access for multiple posts:

Make sure you follow this guide while in your creator profile. You can switch to your creator profile by clicking your profile picture in the bottom left corner and clicking on your creator profile.

  1. Click on Library from the left-side navigation
  2. You’ll land on the Posts tab, where you can find all your published posts and/or Drops
    • To edit a Draft instead, select the Drafts tab from the top menu
  3. Use the Filter or type in the Search box to locate specific posts. You can also sort posts by clicking on Title, Publish date (for published posts), or Last edited date (for drafts)
  4. Checkmark the posts you want to edit
    • To select all posts, click the checkbox at the top. Click it again to unselect all
  5. Once you have your selection, click Edit
  6. Select Edit access
  7. Choose who can view the selected posts
  8. Once this is done, click on Update
  9. A message will appear, notifying you that your update will replace the existing settings. Click Confirm and update to apply the changes

Edit Price

You can use the library feature to sell multiple posts at once. You can learn more about Selling posts and collections here.

    Make sure you follow this guide while in your creator profile. You can switch to your creator profile by clicking your profile picture in the bottom left corner and clicking on your creator profile.
  1. Click on Library from the left-side navigation
  2. You’ll land on the Posts tab, where you can find all your published posts
    • You can only sell published posts
  3. Use the Filter or type in the Search box to locate specific posts. You can also sort posts by clicking on Title and/or Publish date
  4. Checkmark the posts you want to sell
    • To select all posts, click the checkbox at the top. Click it again to unselect all
  5. Once you have your selection, click Edit
  6. Select Edit price
  7. Set the price for your posts and agree to the terms
  8. Click Next
  9. Confirm the changes

Edit tags

Follow the steps below to manage your post tags in bulk by adding or deleting tags across multiple posts:

Make sure you follow this guide while in your creator profile. You can switch to your creator profile by clicking your profile picture in the bottom left corner and clicking on your creator profile.

  1. Click on Library from the left-side navigation
  2. You’ll land on the Posts tab, where you can find all your published posts and/or Drops
    • To edit tags from a Draft instead, select the Drafts tab from the top menu
  3. Use the Filter or type in the Search box to locate specific posts. You can also sort posts by clicking on Title, Publish date (for published posts), or Last edited date (for drafts)
  4. Checkmark the posts you want to edit
    • To select all posts, click the checkbox at the top. Click it again to unselect all
  5. Once you have your selection, click Edit
  6. Choose either Add tags or Delete tags, depending on your needs
    • Add tags: Write down the tags you want, and click Add for each tag or hit the “Enter” key
    • Delete tags: A list of your existing tags will show up. Click the X next to the ones you want to delete
  7. Click Save

Delete posts

Follow the steps below to delete multiple posts:

Make sure you follow this guide while in your creator profile. You can switch to your creator profile by clicking your profile picture in the bottom left corner and clicking on your creator profile.

  1. Click on Library from the left-side navigation
  2. You’ll land on the Posts tab, where you can find all your published posts and/or Drops
    • To edit tags from a Draft instead, select the Drafts tab from the top menu
  3. Use the Filter or type in the Search box to locate specific posts. You can also sort posts by Title, Publish date (for published posts), or Last edited date (for drafts)
  4. Checkmark the posts you want to delete
    • To select all posts, click the checkbox at the top. Click it again to unselect all
  5. Once you have your selection, click Delete
  6. A message will appear, notifying you of the number of posts that will be deleted. It will also remind you that this action cannot be undone. Click Delete to confirm and proceed
