How do I notify my members when I edit a post?

If you're making changes to a published post and want to notify members with an updated version of the post, you can do so with a simple click of the mouse.

To turn on the post-edit notification:

  1. Select Creator studio from the left navigation, then click your Library to be taken to the Posts tab by default
  2. Within the Posts tab, you can:
     • Search for posts by name
     • Sort by Title and/or Publish date
     • Filter by post type, audience, or tags — click the button to Apply your filter selections
  3. Click the menu [icon] button in the top-right corner of the post, then click Edit post to make changes
  4. Click Next at the bottom-right corner of the screen
  5. Toggle on the Notify members that you edited this post option
     • You can leave this option turned off if you don't want to notify your members that you updated your post
  6. Click the Save button

  1. Tap your Profile on the bottom menu
  2. Tap Manage posts
  3. Find the post you want to edit and tap it to open it
  4. Tap the more and select Edit
  5. While on the post, tap at the top
  6. Go to Email and notifications and toggle on the Notify members that you edited this post option
     • You can leave this option turned off if you don't want to notify your members that you updated your post
  7. Tap Save

Members who have email notifications for new posts enabled will receive an email with the updated post.
