Annullare un abbonamento a pagamento

Annullare un abbonamento a pagamento

Scegli il tuo dispositivo qui sotto per istruzioni dettagliate:

  1. Log in to your account and switch to your member profile (if applicable) 
     → Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner to check or switch profiles
  2. Clicca sul link Impostazioni dal menu a sinistra.
  3. Vai alla scheda Abbonamenti (puoi accedervi tramite questo link).
  4. Individua l'abbonamento e clicca sul pulsante Mostra dettagli.
  5. Clicca su Annulla abbonamento e conferma l'annullamento.
  6. Decidi se mantenere la connessione come membro gratuito o disattiva questa opzione e clicca su Salva e continua.
  7. Facoltativamente, compila il sondaggio anonimo per condividere il feedback con il creator.

  1. Apri l'app e passa al profilo del membro (se applicabile). Puoi passare dal profilo del membro a quello del creator (se ne possiedi uno) toccando l'immagine del profilo nell'angolo in alto a destra e toccando il pulsante Passa a.
  2. Scorri l'elenco dei creator nella parte superiore della schermata Home e seleziona quello desiderato.
  3. Tap the three dots button in the upper right corner of the creator's Home screen and then select Your membership
  4. Scegli Modifica abbonamento, quindi tocca Annulla abbonamento
  5. Scorri verso il basso e conferma l'annullamento.
  6. Gestisci l'opzione di abbonamento gratuito e tocca Salva e continua.
  7. Facoltativamente, compila il sondaggio anonimo per condividere il feedback.

• Your membership won't renew for the next billing period.

  If the creator uses per-creation billing, you might have a final charge for paid posts made before your cancellation.

• You may have already canceled. Check your Billing History under Settings for past payments. If you see past payments and the creator is no longer listed in your Memberships, then you've unsubscribed.

  You might have another account. Reset your password to check for accounts tied to other emails.

• You may have another account. Try resetting your password with all possible email addresses. If you're still being charged, contact support.
• Patreon doesn't typically offer refunds since payments go directly to creators. If you believe a charge was made in error, submit a request for review.
• You'll retain access to paid content until the end of your billing period. After that, access ends unless you re-subscribe.
