The Patreon support team is here to help you with any issues you may have while using patreon.com. We may ask you to send us a screenshot of your browser window with the developer console open. The developer console gives us insight into your browser set-up and any underlying issues with the site — it allows us to troubleshoot and debug your issue for a faster resolution.
