Questo articolo ti spiegherà come configurare il tuo metodo di incasso per la prima volta, cosa aspettarti se in futuro dovessi apportare modifiche e altri dettagli sulle diverse opzioni disponibili per i compensi. A seconda della valuta e della posizione geografica che hai configurato, potresti avere la possibilità di ricevere i compensi tramite bonifico diretto su un conto bancario locale, PayPal o Payoneer.

Come impostare i tuoi dettagli di pagamento per la prima volta

1. On Desktop, click on Your account from the bottom-left corner and then select Settings
2. In the Creator settings section, click on the Billing and payouts
3. Scroll down to find the Payout method section, then click on Add payout method
4. Facci sapere:
   • Your payout country from the drop-down list
   • If you are a US creator or a non-US creator
   • If you're an individual or a business/corporation
5. Once you have selected all the required information, click on Next
6. Let us know how you would like to be paid from the available options, and complete the payout method form

7. Click the Save button, and you're all set!

When you add a payout method for the first time or when you edit your payout method, an automatic 5-day payout lock is placed on your balance. After the 5-day payout lock period, you'll be able to withdraw funds from your balance.

Modifica dei dati di pagamento

Una volta configurato il tuo metodo di incasso, puoi tornare in qualsiasi momento alle impostazioni di Fatturazione e compensi per apportare modifiche, ad esempio, passando da PayPal o Payoneer a un bonifico bancario locale, aggiornando il paese di incasso o inviando nuove informazioni fiscali.

Nota:
Qualsiasi modifica ai dettagli di pagamento, inclusi l'aggiornamento del metodo di incasso, la cittadinanza o la presentazione del modulo W-9, attiverà un blocco dei compensi di 5 giorni. Riceverai un'email di conferma del blocco, che includerà la data e l'ora esatta (nel fuso orario del Pacifico) in cui i tuoi fondi saranno nuovamente disponibili.

Opzioni di compenso

I pagamenti tramite dispositivi mobili sono in fase di implementazione graduale su iOS; su Android saranno disponibili a breve. Dalla scheda Profilo vedrai una nuova sezione di pagamento da cui puoi procedere a un prelievo mentre sei in movimento.

You can withdraw all or part of your available balance at any time. The amount field defaults to your full available balance — you can leave it as-is or enter a specific amount. The minimum payout amount can vary depending on the method, currency, and country. You’ll see the payout fee and your estimated net amount before you confirm. Once initiated, payouts typically take 1–5 days to appear in your payout account.

• We recommend using a checking account to transfer payouts. Using a non-standard bank account, such as a savings account or a virtual bank account, may increase the risk of payout failure.

  Per utilizzare l'accredito diretto Stripe, avrai bisogno di quanto segue:

  Nel caso in cui tu non riesca a ricevere il compenso su un conto corrente standard, contatta la tua banca e assicurati che le informazioni relative al tuo conto, compreso l'indirizzo, siano aggiornate prima di riprovare.

  Se l'accredito di un compenso su un conto non standard (di risparmio o virtuale) non va a buon fine, aggiorna il tuo metodo di incasso e imposta un conto corrente standard. Una volta effettuato l'aggiornamento, Stripe ritenterà immediatamente di effettuare la transazione.

• Creators outside the United States can receive payouts directly to their bank accounts.

  Whether a bank transfer appears as a payout option depends on your selected currency and your bank's country. These options are available to creators who reside outside the U.S. — see the full list of eligible countries here.

  Come eseguire la configurazione:

  1. Vai alle impostazioni di Fatturazione e compensi e clicca su Aggiungi metodo di incasso
  2. Scegli il paese di incasso e verifica la valuta di incasso.
  3. Select your desired payout method and complete your bank details
  4. Verrai reindirizzato a Payoneer per fornire ulteriori informazioni.

  Note: Bank transfer is not the same as creating a Payoneer Wallet account — you do not need a Payoneer account to use direct bank transfer.

• Please check that you're logged in to the PayPal account where you'd like to receive your payouts. This ensures that your funds are directed to the correct account.

  If you have an issue with your PayPal account, please contact PayPal support to resolve it, then try logging in again. Creators located in Ukraine currently do not have the PayPal/Hyperwallet payout option available.

• When you select Payoneer (for accounts outside the US only), you will be guided through setting up the account and linking it to your checking account. If you come across any issues with using Payoneer, please refer to this troubleshooting guide: Payoneer FAQs

Quando posso effettuare un incasso?

Apple requires us to use iOS in-app purchases for digital goods and new memberships to keep the Patreon app available on the Apple App Store. The iOS in-app purchase system requires a 75-day pending period while Apple processes and confirms the funds. Patreon cannot expedite Apple’s processing timeline. Funds from iOS in-app purchases will appear as pending on your account until Apple has settled the transaction. Funds from products purchased through Commerce on Web and Android will appear as pending for up to 7 days before they can be withdrawn from your balance. Funds from product sales made via iOS in-app purchases will remain pending for up to 75 days before they are available for payout. Funds from membership payments may also appear as pending until they are successfully processed. Once funds are no longer pending and appear as available to withdraw, you can pay out from your balance.

You’ll be able to payout once every 24 hours. Once a payout is initiated, it typically takes 1–5 days for the funds to appear in your personal account. If, for any reason, we are unable to successfully send funds to your account, they are typically returned to your creator balance.
