We place a temporary authorization hold for all $100+ charges. This will be released within 72 hours and is either refunded or removed on your end, depending on your bank’s authorization holds.
Once we begin processing payments on the 1st of the month, you will be charged your actual pledge amount, which will be sent directly to the creator.
If your card is declining, you may see an authorization and a charge if we had to reattempt your card. This is typically released by your bank within 72 hours as well.

- Log in to your account.
- Hover over your profile image to open the user menu.
- Click on Manage memberships from menu list.
- Click on Billing history to review all payments we’ve processed.
