From the Creator studio
in the left-side navigation menu, click on Insights in the sub-menu. This allows you to select specific dashboards to view relevant data about your page.

From the Profile tab in the bottom menu, you can have an overview of key metrics across various dashboards. You can access the data from the past 30 days.

El panel de información se ha diseñado para que tengas una visión clara de tu actividad como creador, ya que la actividad se desglosa en diferentes secciones. The Membership Insights dashboard helps you track active members, new members, and cancellations, so you can monitor your community's growth over time.
- Active members: includes free members, members with an active or retrying payment, free trial members, gifted members, and anyone who's canceled but hasn't lost access yet
- New members: tracks first-time joins as well as anyone who rejoined after canceling
- Canceled members: they are recorded on the date their access expires, not the date they hit cancel — that's why you'll often see a spike in cancellations around the 1st of the month

The Shop dashboard shows up for creators selling digital products with Commerce on Patreon, whether the buyer is a paid member or not.
- Track Total earnings and Total sales across all your products
- See your Top-selling products ranked by earnings — only active (published, non-deleted) products appear here
- View results over the past 30 days, 6 months, the past year, or all time

The Earnings dashboard gives you an accurate record of your gross and net income after fees.
- Data is organized by when the transaction occurred, not when a member first signed up
- See exactly how Declines and Refunds affect your final net earnings each month

Post Insights gives you visibility into how your work is reaching your fans and growing your audience and business, allowing you to identify which areas to focus on or expand.
- Reach covers impressions (how often a post showed up) and seen (how many people actually engaged)
- Conversion shows new revenue and new free members driven by a specific post
- Live metrics include unique viewers and average view time for your live events
- View up to 25 posts at a time in the dashboard, or export a CSV for RSS downloads, likes, and comments

The Traffic Insights dashboard helps you understand where your visits are coming from and how often they occur, all presented in a visual graph format.
- Monitor Total visits to track your overall traffic engagement, or filter by Public visits to measure the effectiveness of your promotions in reaching potential new members
- Break traffic down by Source: Patreon, social platforms, direct links, and more
- Data is displayed in GMT/UTC
Note that Visitors are individual people checking out your page, while Visits are how many times they've landed on it—so one person might have multiple visits.

Surveys help you collect feedback from members at two key moments: when they join and when they cancel.
- Welcome surveys ask new or upgrading paid members what they're most looking forward to, with an optional free-form follow-up. They're on by default, and you can turn them off from the survey insights tab
- Exit surveys capture why someone canceled and live separately in your settings. All results are anonymous
Note that free members and anyone rejoining your Patreon won't see the welcome survey.

Traffic Insights offers quick views like 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 12 months, or custom dates.
