As a member, posts you have access to can be found in a few different places across the Patreon desktop and mobile app. This article will detail the different places you can enjoy posts creators share with you.
Enjoy posts on the Patreon desktop app
If you are also a creator on Patreon, make sure that you’re following this guide while viewing your member profile. You can check this by clicking on your profile photo at the bottom of the left navigation. Click on your member profile to switch to see posts from creators.
Recent page
When you log in or switch to your member profile, you’ll land on your Recent page. This is where you’ll see recent updates from creators you are a member of. Creators who have had the most recent updates are listed first. Each creator you are a member of will be listed with quick access to their most recent post, chat, and shop updates.
Click the See all button to view the creators’ full Patreon and access all of their posts, collections, chats, and digital products.
How to search through a creator's posts
When you visit a creator’s Patreon, you can filter by a specific time, media type, tags, and even search for keywords to find exactly what you’re searching for.
- Media type, tier type, and month in a given year: Use these filters to search audio, image, video posts, etc. You can filter content for specific tiers and content provided by month and/or year
- Search bar: Quickly and easily search using keywords you know your creator uses
- Sorting in descending or ascending chronological order: Search newest to oldest posts or oldest to newest
Browsing through collections on the desktop app
Some creators use collections to organize their posts by topic or theme. If you're a member of a creator who uses collections, you will find a Collections tab on their creator homepage.
Clicking on the Collections tab will take you to a page that lists all of the creator’s collections – at the bottom of the page, you’ll also see the option to access posts tagged by the creator if they are using tags to organize their work.
To explore a collection, simply click on it –you'll be taken to a page where you can view all the posts that belong to that collection. You can further search and filter within a specific collection using the Search bar or Filter by:
- Media Type: Choose from the type of post such as image, video, audio posts, image, etc
- Tier: Filter content by specific membership options
- Month: Pick the year and month to see posts from a specific time period
Keep in mind that your access to posts depends on your membership. If you can’t see some posts, it might be because they’re exclusive to a different membership option. You can learn more about why you can’t access posts.

If you are also a creator on Patreon, make sure that you’re following this guide while viewing your member profile. You can check this by tapping your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the button to Switch to member profile if you’re not already there.
Home tab
When you log in or tap on the Home tab, you will land on the app home screen. This is where you will find the latest updates across all your memberships.
Updates are grouped by creator, with the most recent updates at the top. You can quickly access each creator’s full content catalog, collections, chats, and more by tapping the creator's profile picture or the See all button from the home screen.
View a creator's collections
Some creators use collections to organize their posts by topic or theme. If you're a member of a creator who uses collections, you may see recent collection updates from the home screen, and you can visit the Collections tab on the creator's Patreon to view all of their collections.
Keep in mind that your access to posts depends on your membership. If you can’t see some posts, it might be because they’re exclusive to a different membership option. You can learn more about why you can’t access posts.
Search through a creator’s posts on the app
You can search for a specific post when you visit a creator’s Patreon by tapping on the search icon at the top right corner of the screen:
- Type the name of the post in the search bar
- You can use the media quick links to filter by media type Audio, Video, Image, Text, Polls, Links)
- Tap on the filter icon to see Oldest posts first, and Posts within your membership
