The Benefit Eligibility Status tool helps you quickly see which members are eligible to receive benefits for the current month. It’s designed to support your benefit delivery workflow—whether you send benefits as members are charged or wait until billing is complete for the month.
You can use the Benefit Eligibility Status tool to:
- Track benefit eligibility: See how many members—both new and existing—have successfully paid and should receive benefits this month
- Monitor upcoming renewals: View how many members haven’t been charged yet but have upcoming renewals scheduled before the end of the month
- Take action: Export the list or message specific groups of members directly from the tool
How to check benefit eligibility
To check benefit eligibility, go to your Audience Relationship Manager and click the Benefit Eligibility Status tab.
You can use filters to narrow results by membership tier. Then, select View to see members who are eligible for benefits for the current month.
By default, the tool shows monthly and annual members who’ve already paid for the current month.
You can also switch the view to the previous month and download a CSV list of eligible members. This is especially helpful if you deliver benefits after all payments are processed or at the end of the month. For example, if you're a creator who delivers benefits once a month, this tool can help you stay organized. If you want to deliver your benefit on the first of May, you can use the benefit delivery tool to pull a list of everyone who paid in April.
Other breakdowns
The tool also groups members by their payment and renewal status, so you can better understand where they are in the billing cycle and plan your benefit delivery accordingly:
- New members: Joined this month or rejoined after canceling
- Continuing members: Ongoing monthly or annual members
- Eligible soon: Members with renewals scheduled before the end of the month who haven’t been charged yet. Useful if you want to track upcoming renewals and plan ahead to see how many members you may need to deliver benefits to or how much of your income you should expect to see come in throughout the month
Manage your eligible members
After clicking View on the current month or any of the additional breakdowns, you'll see a list of filtered members based on your selected preferences.
You can:
- Download a CSV
- Message members directly
To do either, just select one or more members from the list, then choose the action you want.
These options give you the flexibility to communicate with your members or fulfill benefits in a way that best suits your workflow.
